Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • 4 boneless chicken legs

  • 1 ½ tsp all purpose seasoning

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1-2 tbsp. oil

  • Pasta
  • 250g Penne Pasta

  • Water

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup coconut milk

  • 1tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp all purpose seasoning

  • 1 tsp jerk seasoning

  • 1tsp green seasoning

  • 1tsp oil

  • 1/3 bell pepper

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Directions

  • Chicken
  • Cut your boneless chicken legs into small bite sized pieces and add all-purpose seasoning, garlic, and onion powder.
  • Let this sit for about 10 minutes to marinate
  • Stir fry these in 1-2 tbsp. oil for about 5 minutes
  • Pasta
  • In boiling water (enough to cover pasta), add ¼ tsp salt and 1tbsp oil
  • Add pasta and allow this to boil until pasta is Al dente
  • Run the pasta under cold water to stop the cooking process
  • In a pot over low heat, add 1 tsp of oil, sauté bell pepper and chopped garlic
  • Add heavy cream, coconut milk and granulated sugar
  • Add green, jerk and all-purpose seasoning
  • Mix and allow to come to a boil and for the creamy sauce to thicken a bit
  • Add pasta
  • Add chicken
