Easy Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 pcs large eggs

  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

  • In a bowl, peel and mash 3 ripe bananas
  • Add oil, vanilla, water, egg, lemon juice, sugar and mix well to combine
  • In a separate bowl, with a strainer of sieve, add AP flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder and mix well to combine
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients a little at a time
  • Add the chocolate chips (optional)
  • Add the mixture to a loaf tin then add it in the oven for 1hr and 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
  • Leave it to cool down for at least 15 minutes
  • Enjoy
