Pumpkin IceCream

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups whipping cream

  • 1-1 ½ cups mashed pumpkin

  • 1tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp mixed spices

  • ¾ – 1 tin condensed milk

Directions

  • In a bowl, whisk whipping cream until it is fluffy then rest it to the side
  • In a separate bowl, to the mashed pumpkin, add spices, vanilla extract and condensed milk then mix well
  • Add the pumpkin mixture to the whipped cream a little at a time and fold it in
  • After everything is nice and well combined, add the mixture to a container then add the sealed container to the freezer for 4hrs or overnight
  • Scoop and serve with pumpkin seeds or topping of your choice
