Carrot cake is cake that contains carrots mixed into the batter with other great spices. Good to eat any time.

- Dry Ingredients
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1 ¼ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp cinnamon powder
1 ¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp cloves
- Wet Ingredients
2 eggs
1 ¼ cups brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
2tsp vanilla
1 cup vegetable oil
½ lemon
- Other Ingredient(s)
2 ½ -3 cups of shredded carrot
Directions
- In an empty bowl sieve 2 cups of flour and other dry ingredients
- Combine wet ingredients
- Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, 1/3 at a time
- Mix until everything is combined then
- Add shredded carrot and mix
- Add the mixture to a baking tin and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350◦F
