Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 pcs large eggs
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl, peel and mash 3 ripe bananas
- Add oil, vanilla, water, egg, lemon juice, sugar and mix well to combine
- In a separate bowl, with a strainer of sieve, add AP flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder and mix well to combine
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients a little at a time
- Add the chocolate chips (optional)
- Add the mixture to a loaf tin then add it in the oven for 1hr and 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
- Leave it to cool down for at least 15 minutes
