½ cup unsalted butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 ½ cups oatmeal
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 cup chocolate chip
Directions
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar
- Add oatmeal to the creamed butter and sugar
- Add baking soda, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, egg
- Sieve flour and add it to the mixture
- Add ¾ cup of chocolate chip to the mixture
- Use your hand or a spatula to combine everything
- Use an ice cream scoop or your and to form your cookie shapes
- Add the cookies on baking sheet on a baking tray with about 1 inch space between them
- Press down on them a little with the scoop or a spoon to get them a little flat
- Top cookies with the left-over chocolate chips
- Bake for 11 mins at 350◦
- Remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool
