Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter

  • 2/3 cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 ½ cups oatmeal

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup chocolate chip

Directions

  • In a bowl, cream butter and sugar
  • Add oatmeal to the creamed butter and sugar
  • Add baking soda, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, egg
  • Sieve flour and add it to the mixture
  • Add ¾ cup of chocolate chip to the mixture
  • Use your hand or a spatula to combine everything
  • Use an ice cream scoop or your and to form your cookie shapes
  • Add the cookies on baking sheet on a baking tray with about 1 inch space between them
  • Press down on them a little with the scoop or a spoon to get them a little flat
  • Top cookies with the left-over chocolate chips
  • Bake for 11 mins at 350◦
  • Remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool
