The mango season is up on us so I am using up all these delicious mangoes to make all sorts of desserts! This mango ice-cream is rich is flavour, very creamy and of course “MANGOey”
MANGO ICECREAM

160ml condensed milk
2 mangoes (1¼cup mango puree)
1tbsp vanilla extract
250ml whipping cream
Directions
- Add condensed milk to mango purée and mix well until everything is well combined and it is nice and creamy
- In a bowl, whip 250ml whipping cream until it gets a bit fluffy
- Add the creamy mango mixture to the whipped cream and fold it in a little at a time
- Once fully folded in, add some vanilla extract
- Mix again then add it to a container.
- Add small pieces of mango on top if you so desire
- Add it to the freezer for 5 hrs. or until it is nice and solid
- Serve and enjoy
