This is the perfect Jamiacan Sunday dessert which might just be as good any other day of the week. Only 4 simple ingredients are needed and homemade is always better!

Ingredients
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup raisins
²/8 cups white rum
⅛ cup fruit wine
1tbsp vanilla
1 can condensed milk
Directions
- To prepare raisins
- Add wine and rum to raisins and keep in an air tight container for atlesst 24hrs.
- To Prepare IceCream
- In a bowl, whip 2 cups of ` chilled whipping or heavy cream and set it to the side after it is fluffy
- Remove the mixture of rum and fruit wine from raisins
- Mix the raisins with vanilla extract and condensed milk
- Add the mixture to the whipping cream a little at a time until it is fully incorporated
- Add to an air tight container and add in the freezer for atleast 3 hrs or over night for best results
- Enjoy

- The longer you soak the raisins the stronger the alcohol will be in the icecream
- Not intented for kids!!
