Stout Ice-cream is my all time favorite and homemade is even better than store bought. Only 3-4 ingredients needed and absolutely no Ice Cream maker!
GUINNESS ICE CREAM

500ml heavy whipping cream or heavy cream
410ml or 1 can of Guinness
1 can condensed milk
1tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- In a bowl, whip the chilled cream until it is nice and fluffy
- In a separate bowl, mix Guinness, condensed milk, and vanilla extract
- Add the Guinness mixture to the whipped mixture a little at a time until nicely combined
- Add the mixture in an airtight container and rest it in the freezer until is it nice and frozen enough to be served
- Enjoy your creamy Guinness Ice Cream
