- Chicken
4 boneless chicken legs
1 ½ tsp all purpose seasoning
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
1-2 tbsp. oil
- Pasta
250g Penne Pasta
Water
¼ tsp salt
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup coconut milk
1tbsp sugar
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp jerk seasoning
1tsp green seasoning
1tsp oil
1/3 bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Directions
- Chicken
- Cut your boneless chicken legs into small bite sized pieces and add all-purpose seasoning, garlic, and onion powder.
- Let this sit for about 10 minutes to marinate
- Stir fry these in 1-2 tbsp. oil for about 5 minutes
- Pasta
- In boiling water (enough to cover pasta), add ¼ tsp salt and 1tbsp oil
- Add pasta and allow this to boil until pasta is Al dente
- Run the pasta under cold water to stop the cooking process
- In a pot over low heat, add 1 tsp of oil, sauté bell pepper and chopped garlic
- Add heavy cream, coconut milk and granulated sugar
- Add green, jerk and all-purpose seasoning
- Mix and allow to come to a boil and for the creamy sauce to thicken a bit
- Add pasta
- Add chicken
