Ingredients
1 ¼ cup Whipping Cream
½ cup Condensed Milk
½ Cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 tsp Instant Coffee
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Chips (optional)
Directions
- In a chilled bowl, add whipping Cream
- Use a hand mixer or a spatula to mix this for about five minutes or until it gets a bit thicker than it initially was
- Add instant coffee and mix
- Add Condensed milk and mix
- Add Bailey’s Irish Cream and mix
- Add Vanilla extract and mix
- Add this to a container in which you want to store the ice-cream
- Add chocolate chips if you so desire
- Leave this in the freezer for 3 hrs or until it is nice and frozen
- Scoop and enjoy
