The perfect summer

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup Whipping Cream

  • ½ cup Condensed Milk

  • ½ Cup Bailey’s Irish Cream

  • 1 tsp Instant Coffee

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Chocolate Chips (optional)

Directions

  • In a chilled bowl, add whipping Cream
  • Use a hand mixer or a spatula to mix this for about five minutes or until it gets a bit thicker than it initially was
  • Add instant coffee and mix
  • Add Condensed milk and mix
  • Add Bailey’s Irish Cream and mix
  • Add Vanilla extract and mix
  • Add this to a container in which you want to store the ice-cream
  • Add chocolate chips if you so desire
  • Leave this in the freezer for 3 hrs or until it is nice and frozen
  • Scoop and enjoy
